At The 1908 Store, we consider defect rates for each product and produce a surplus quantity to ensure we deliver the full order quantity as quickly as possible. However, due to the complex manufacturing process, defects can occur at each stage. For this reason, there are instances where the delivery quantity is less than the ordered quantity. The surplus quantity is not included in the price. If you require the full order quantity, preparing a surplus quantity will facilitate smooth product preparation.
